STEEPLECHASE LANDLORDS/TENANTS
If you are the owner of a Steeplechase property that is rented to others, please ensure that Chaparral Management has an alternate set of contract information so that you will receive all communications about important Steeplechase events and issues. This contact information should include mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and email address.
Additionally, you need to ensure that your tenants are provided with a copy of the Steeplechase Rules & Regulations and the Covenants & Restrictions and that they will abide by these governing documents while a tenant in Steeplechase.
